While we do strive to offer the very best shipping and return policy, we do have to make exceptions in certain conditions. All orders are generally shipped within seven business days, but from time to time we run low in stock and must replendish, and will put you back a few days. Or, we are notified by manufacturer stock as been discontinued or depleted. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail as to how your order is doing. Custom Made orders must have 50% down, non-refundable payment. Once your custom order goes in we can't stop the process.
All items purchased with Reflections of Honor, have a 30 day replacement policy,less
shipping and handling. If for any reason there is a defect in the product, please call us at 1-623-546-3335, for approval on returns.
All return's must be free of hand oils and scuff marks. Orders, can't be returned simply because, be sure, when you order. Custom orders will only be refunded if a mistake occurd in manufacturing only. All clothing is a final sale, and can't be exchanged for different sizes. Please order the correct size. A re-stock of $15.00 will be charged for orders being returned for no
reason. However some oders may be subject to
additional charges for over weight items such
as statues and display cases. You will be required to pay any additional fees in shipping, once notified of a over weight item.
